Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all book-themed tags and labels remain attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
